We look forward to having you stay with us at The Lucky Hotel. Below is some helpful information, videos and maps that you may find useful during your visit to Newcastle.
Although we do not have any on-site exclusive hotel parking, there is street parking available surrounding the hotel. Click here to view options in the CBD. Click here to view parking options in our local area on Parkopedia.
We also offer limited car spaces at a secure car park (Telstra Building) on Darby Street for a flat rate of $25 per day. This car park is located approximately 5 minutes walk to the hotel and you will be required to pick up the car park key from hotel reception in order to gain access. Please refer to the map for directions.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in is available from 2:00pm daily. If you are arriving to the hotel after trading hours, be sure to contact the hotel in advance as staff may be required to set up your key in the after-hours self-check-in security box. Check-out is 10:00am.

Restaurant + Bar Trading Hours:
Mon + Tues: Closed (temporarily during COVID-19)
Wed + Thurs: 10am – 10pm
Fri + Sat: 10am – 12am
Sun: 10am – 10pm
Saturday: From 6pm
Although we are not open for Breakfast, our friendly staff are able to recommend plenty of cafe options in short walking distance from the hotel.
RESTAURANT OPENING HOURS
11.30am – 8.30pm (9:30pm Fri/Sat)
